Customer Solutions Center Hours: Oct. 1 to March 31, 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. April 1 to Sept. 30, 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday. Call 866.282.5802. (TTY/TDD 711). Indiana University Health Plans is an HMO/HMO POS with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in IU Health Plans Medicare depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Other pharmacies/physicians/providers are available in our network. Limitations, co-payments, and restrictions may apply. Benefit, formulary, pharmacy network, provider network, premium and/or co-payments/co-insurance may change on January 1 of each year. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1–800–MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
